Ebbsfleet’s Implementaion Framework
The Ebbsfleet Implementation Framework was developed in 2017 to apply the TCPA’s Garden City Principles to the context of Ebbsfleet. The Framework sets out overarching principles for the masterplanning of neighbourhoods within Ebbsfleet, including landscape and green infrastructure, movement frameworks and travel systems, land uses and local centre, community infrastructure, utilities and sustainability.
