The Ebbsfleet Implementation Framework was developed in 2017 to apply the Town and Country Planning Association’s ‘Garden City Principles’ to Ebbsfleet. The Implementation Framework sets out overarching principles for the masterplanning of new neighbourhoods within Ebbsfleet, including principles for landscape and green infrastructure, movement frameworks and travel systems, housing types, land uses and local centres, community facilities, utilities and infrastructure.
